Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Timeline

Every order at Living Promo Inc moves through these key stages:

Standard Order Timeline:

  1. Order Confirmation: Instant (within 1 hour)
  2. Design Proof: 1–2 business days for custom orders
  3. Production: 5–10 business days after proof approval
  4. Quality Check: 1 business day
  5. Shipping Preparation: 1–2 business days
  6. Transit: 2–7 business days depending on selected service

Total Estimated Time: Most standard orders are delivered within 10–20 business days from proof approval.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Ground: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground (3–7 business days)
  • Expedited: UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx 2Day (2 business days)
  • Express: UPS Next Day Air, FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day)
  • USPS: Priority Mail (2–3 business days) for smaller packages

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days
  • Express International: 3–7 business days
  • Duties & Taxes: Paid by the customer unless otherwise arranged

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination
  • Shipping speed selected
  • Carrier rates and applicable fuel surcharges

Free Shipping Offers:

We run free shipping promotions from time to time. When available, terms are clearly stated. Free shipping typically applies to:

  • Standard ground shipping within the continental US
  • Orders above a minimum threshold (e.g., $500+)
  • Selected products or collections

4. Delivery Times & Estimates

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Please keep in mind:

  • Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays
  • Custom orders require extra production time
  • Rush services are available for faster production and shipping

Important Note:

Production times for custom products vary based on complexity, quantity, and current workload. Delivery estimates begin only after:

  1. Order confirmation and payment are complete
  2. Design proof is approved (for custom orders)
  3. Prepress processes are finalized

5. Rush Order Service

Need it sooner? We offer expedited production:

Standard 7–10 business days No additional charge
Rush 5–7 business days 25% of order total
Express 3–5 business days 40% of order total
Emergency 1–2 business days 60% of order total + expedited shipping

Note: Rush services depend on product availability and current production capacity. Contact us before placing a rush order to confirm we can meet your timeline.

6. Order Tracking

We provide full tracking for every shipment:

  • Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your order ships
  • Track through our website or the carrier's site
  • Receive updates at major transit milestones
  • Estimated delivery date provided by the carrier

If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days after your expected ship date, please reach out to us.

7. Shipping Address & Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate:

  • Double-check that your address is complete and correct
  • Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes
  • Address changes must be requested before production begins
  • Changes after shipping will incur additional fees
  • Undeliverable packages returned to us are subject to re-shipping charges

International Addresses: Include full name, street address, city, postal code, country, and a contact phone number for customs clearance.

8. International Shipping Details

For orders shipped outside the United States:

Customs & Duties

  • The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees
  • These charges are not predictable or controlled by us
  • Additional documentation may be required by some countries
  • Customs processing may cause delays

Restricted Items

Certain products cannot be shipped internationally due to:

  • Country‑specific import restrictions
  • Material or content limitations
  • Size or weight constraints

9. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If something goes wrong with delivery:

Package Marked Delivered But Not Received

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Look around the delivery location (porch, garage, etc.)
  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes scans are premature)
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  • If still missing after 48 hours, contact us

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages after delivery. However, we will help by:

  • Assisting with carrier investigations for lost packages
  • Filing insurance claims for insured shipments
  • Offering reshipment options (additional charges may apply)

10. Business & Bulk Shipping

For business customers and large orders:

  • Dedicated account managers for orders over $1,000
  • Consolidated shipping options available
  • Pallet shipping for high‑volume orders
